Making & Sealing Process: Every piece of jewelry is made immediately after your order is placed. This ensures that we minimize waste and costs while prioritizing quality.

After crafting, each item undergoes a sealing process that takes up to 4 days to ensure a durable finish. We're actively exploring ways to speed up this process without compromising quality.

Shipping Times:

• Within the EU: We strive to deliver your order to your doorstep within 10-12 days.
• Outside the EU: Please allow for potentially longer shipping times, depending on your location.

While our production times may be longer than typical fast fashion orders, we believe that quality craftsmanship deserves the extra care, time (and love).

Yes, you can. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
